Here is my 2012 Boss 302. You will immediately notice the lack of any Boss 302 graphics or stripes on my car. I loved the idea of owning a Boss 302, but I didn't like how busy it was with all of the clutter. I know. I know. Many die-hard Boss fans will not take kindly to the deletion of these graphics, but when all is said and done, well, it's my car.
What has been added in its place is a pair of Boss 302 logos I tweeked and had printed for my car. They are basically a drop shadow of the actual logo. This more or less means the logo is very subtle and blends in with the color of the car pretty well, which is exactly what I wanted. I don't want everyone to know I am driving a Boss, so unless you look closely, you may never see them.
What I have done elsewhere includes RTR wheels with brand new Michelin Sport AS/3 tires, RTR axle-back exhaust, BBR tune with JLT CAI and Barton short-throw shifter and ball. Also installed is a set of Ford Racing lowering springs which lower the car just ever so slightly. The addition of BMR LCA's and adjustable panard bar pretty much alleviates any wheel hop. In the works are a set of KOOKS long tube headers and X-pipe. There is a possibility of a Procharger down the road, but not sure just yet.
I enjoy my Boss very much and although she is not a daily driver, when she is out and about, the lady sure can show off her legs. White and Black. Ebony and Ivory. Can't go wrong with that combination.
